Refund policy

RETURNS

Our returns policy is valid for 21 days. If your purchase is more than 21 days old, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. The item must also be in its original packaging. Some items are completely excluded from returns. Products made especially for you that cannot be resold due to personalization cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or hygiene items, hazardous materials or flammable liquids or gases.


Furthermore, the following items cannot be returned:
* Gift vouchers
* Software products for download

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send the purchased items back to the manufacturer.


In certain situations, only partial refunds will be given (if applicable)
* Items that are no longer in original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
* Items returned after 30 days from delivery.


Refunds (if applicable)
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will send you an email to inform you that we have received the item you have returned. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your refund is approved, it will be processed. After a few days, your credit card or original payment method will be automatically credited.

 

 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you have not yet received a refund, first check your bank account again and then contact your credit card company. It may take some time for your refund to be credited. Next, contact your bank. There is often a processing time before a refund is credited to your account. If you have done all this and still have not received a refund, please contact us at shop@linatistudio.com.

Offer items (if applicable)
Refunds can only be made for regular priced items, unfortunately promotional items are excluded from refunds.

Exchanges (if applicable)
Exchanges will only be granted for defective or damaged items and only if the item is defective or damaged. This does not apply if the defect or damage was caused by you. If you would like to exchange an item for the same item, please send us an e-mail to shop@linatistudio.com.

 

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and sent directly to you, you will receive a voucher for the value of the purchase when you return the item. As soon as we have received the returned item, you will receive a voucher by e-mail.
If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase or sent to the person giving the gift, the refund will be made to the person giving the gift and the person giving the gift will be informed of the return.


Shipping
To return your product, send us an email to shop@linatistudio.com.
You must pay the shipping costs for returning your item yourself and a shipping method with tracking must be chosen. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

 

The time it takes for the exchanged item to reach you may vary depending on your country of residence.
