The contents of our Mystery Box vary – you will receive exclusive earrings or studs from different collections:

The actual value of your Mystery Box always exceeds the price you pay. You'll receive jewelry worth at least €30 —and even significantly more, depending on the size you choose.

Because each box is individually curated, you'll receive designs that are sometimes not available in the shop— truly unique pieces at a special price . We customize your box to your style—like your personal jewelry consultant. 🥰 For this reason, the exact value cannot be determined in advance.

The average value of our earrings is around €18. So if you order a Mystery Box M with 3 pairs of earrings for €28, you'll have saved an average of €26 , or 48% .

3. How safe is it to buy from Linati Studio?

Even though we are a small studio, your purchase at Linati Studio is safe.

4. What happens if a product is defective?

Our products are always inspected and tested before shipping. However, unexpected errors or "Monday models" can sometimes occur, especially with purchased hardware.

If this is the case, you can send us an email to shop@linatistudio.com including photos of the defect, and we'll find a solution together. Depending on the issue, we can either repair the earrings or send you a new pair.

5. Is there a way to customize the box according to my preferences?

Yes – every box is personalized upon request! When ordering, please specify your preferred colors, shapes, or metal types. Whether minimalist, colorful, or playful – we'll put together your surprise box to suit your style.

On the product page, there's a "Personalization (Color, Size, Metal Color)" field that you fill in. If you'd like to be completely surprised, you can simply type it in there.

Additionally, you have the option to book a glass bead necklace worth €17 for just €10.

6. How quickly will the box be delivered?

Your box will be lovingly packaged and shipped within 1–3 business days . It will then be on its way to you, and you'll soon be able to hold your Linati Mystery Box in your hands!
